Healthy Taste Delights for Busy Achievers

Working several evenings a week, I usually prepare a healthy taste delight in the morning to enjoy during my dinner break. My husband and I take turns in cooking, so I always make enough for him too, then I can enjoy his absolutely delicious concoctions which he prepares, displayed beautifully on a platter. He is French, so the meal not only tastes fantastic, it looks great too.

One of the guys at work has asked me for some of my recipes, so that he can cook something different. He has been preparing a wonderful dish of rice, vegetables, spices and coconut milk for several weeks now and is getting a little tired of the monotony of the same meal. He says to me "write some recipes for clueless males, who want to eat healthy but only know how to make one or two types of dishes".

I guess that we are all at times, clueless to start with, when it comes to cooking quick and easy healthy meals. All it takes is a little experimentation and "whammy" there we go, a meal in a flash which is filling, nutritious and low cost.
